Filix Pty Ltd (“Filix”, “we”, “us”) takes privacy seriously. This page explains what personal information we collect on this website, how we use it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you submit a contact form, request a demo, apply for a role, or download a gated resource we collect the information you provide — typically your name, work email address, company, role, and message. We do not collect financial information through this website.
We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless analytics service. We do not use Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site tracking. We do not run a cookie banner because we do not set cookies that require consent.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your enquiry, deliver the resource you requested, or evaluate your application. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Where we store it
The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the Australia East region (Sydney). Submitted form data is stored in our CRM and in Azure-hosted services in the same region, so submitted data does not leave Australia. We retain enquiry data for the period required to manage the conversation and any subsequent customer relationship.
Your rights
You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact support@filix-it.com.
